A deposit is required to book any appointment.
Deposits are Non-refundable. A minimum of 24 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a NO-SHOW, and the deposit or 6-8 week touch-up will be forfeited. A NO-SHOW will also result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance of the scheduled service. In this case, you will need to reschedule with a new deposit to re-book.
Appointment date and time chosen is non-transferrable. If you need to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to re-book with a new deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment please call 610-438-0764 to cancel your appointment in which you will need re-book with a new deposit for your desired date online.
If you no-show for your 6-8 week permanent makeup touch-up, you will be charged for the scheduled service.
If you no-show for a first session you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service remaining balance and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you no-show for a first session and do not contact within 24 hours you no longer be able to re-book with COSMETINK.
After your first session you will schedule your 6-8 week touch-up. It is your responsibility to plan accordingly for the date of your touch-up. If for some reason you need to reschedule your 6-8 week cosmetic touch-up after scheduling it, unfortunately you will not be guaranteed a reschedule date within the 6-8 weeks as it will need to be next available date since spots fill up quickly.
The 6-8 week touch-up second session is $50. Touch-ups are necessary in all permanent make-up procedures.
Results may vary from client to client. Poor after-care, or skin type may affect the look of your cosmetic tattoo.
Please reschedule if you are sick, you will not lose your deposit or be charged if you provide have a doctors note.
If you are 15 minutes late or more you will be asked to reschedule, and will result in deposit being forfeited and may result in being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service. In order to accomodate the volume of clients we have we do back to back appointments daily, and there will be no exceptions for this.
A card on file must be kept for any client booking a lash extension fill or lash lift. Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours for those services will result in a cancellation charge 50% of the schedule service price. You can not re-book until that cancellation charge has been paid.
If you have a prior cosmetic tattoo (microblading or machine work) please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your brows before booking. If they are too saturated we may not be able to work them. We do not offer touch-ups on other artists work, touch-up prices are for our previous clients only. If you are a new client to us you must book for a new procedure. Failure to do so will result in being sent home and charged 50% of the remaining balance.
Failure to read over the procedure info and being unprepared for your appointment will result in being sent home with forfeiting your deposit and may result in being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
